NextNotePad is provided free of charge, as-is, without warranty of any kind. You are responsible for the content you create, open, and sync.

Acceptable use

Don't use NextNotePad to store or process content that violates the law or Google Drive's terms when sync is enabled.

Availability

The service may be interrupted or discontinued at any time. Because files are stored locally, uninterrupted access to your files is your responsibility — export important data regularly.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NextNotePad and its authors are not liable for any loss of data, profits, or other damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
